My journey began

In 2021, Luna came into my life. She’s my rescue bully, my sidekick, and my teacher in so many ways. Luna’s journey wasn’t easy. She came with some baggage — trauma, fear, and behaviours I wasn’t quite prepared for. As much as I wanted to give her the world, I quickly realized all the love in the world would not provide her with a balanced life, and training resources were either too expensive, too complicated, or just… unhelpful.

 

When we first met

    Luna was brought to a shelter in California and was scheduled to be euthanized 24 hours before her rescue.

    Time for the big day

    After waiting for months while in her current foster home, I finally had the opportunity to bring Luna home for May Long weekend.

  • Time to settle into the family

    Now, we have a fullsome, furry family who bring us nothing but joy and lasting memories, along with, an appreciation for rescue.
