Where do your products come from?

Our products come directly from verified Canadian suppliers through Shopify Collective. This ensures faster shipping times and higher product quality than traditional overseas dropshipping.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by supplier, but most Canadian orders arrive within 3–8 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships

Why am I seeing separate shipping fees?

Because we work with multiple Canadian pet makers and suppliers, each brand ships their products directly to you. That means shipping costs are determined by the brand fulfilling your order — not Floof.

This setup allows us to bring you a wider variety of trusted Canadian-made products, fresh from each brand’s warehouse!

Why did I receive multiple packages?

Because we work with multiple Canadian partners through Shopify Collective, your items may ship separately — but don’t worry, you’ll get tracking for each shipment.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all Canadian orders over $100. For orders below that, standard vendor shipping rates apply and will be shown at checkout.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped directly from our partners within Canada to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

We ship within Canada only to serve Canadians with expedited shipping services and to reduce cost from tariffs.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are processed immediately to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Please contact us for instructions before returning any item.
